"There were devils in the winds that night Walking fire among the hills And many voices called me out to the cliffs But you held me safe You wrestled me still
"What a beautiful town!" I shouted out. Oh, but what a terrifying view..
Come back to Penzance where the winds are born Just follow the tracks of this trains"
When I was in Porto for the very first time (in 2003, I think), I felt strangely reminded on bigger cities in the middle*East part of Europe, everything was so familiar...and I can't even explain why. Porto is just so different from the other Portuguese cities I've been to so far.

I like your explanation...if I could, I would write a poem to that picture or your city

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
